Over the years I had hoped and planned to lose weight and get fitter particularly as I journeyed into my 40’s and I found it hard as menopause set in.

I believe there is a pain point when you decide to get healthier and fitter, it may be illness, frustration, a tell-tale photo, or you just feel really uncomfortable and unhealthy.

Mine was slightly different, my daughter announced her wedding and I freaked out!
